1) About us

Welcome to SUBSTYEL (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of substyel.com (the “Site”) and purchases made from our store. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Fulfillment disclosure 

We fulfill orders directly and through vetted logistics partners (including dropship providers). Orders may ship from different warehouses and arrive in multiple packages.

3) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ or have parental consent to purchase. You’re responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4) Products, pricing & availability

We try to display product information accurately. Minor color/fit variations can occur by screen and manufacturing batch. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities per person/household/order. If we make a pricing or availability error, we may cancel and refund the order.

5) Orders & payment

By placing an order you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount shown. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory issues, policy violations). If your order is canceled after payment, you’ll receive a prompt refund.

6) Shipping & delivery

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • US delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International delivery (Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia): 7–14 business days after dispatch.
    Actual dates may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or holidays. Orders may ship in multiple packages. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the shipment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

7) Customs, duties & taxes (international)

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees. These are non-refundable if a shipment is refused or returned.

8) Returns & refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

  • US orders: standard returns are accepted for eligible items. Window: request within 7 days of delivery, ship back within 7 days of approval. Return postage is customer-paid unless damaged/incorrect.

  • Canada, Australia, UAE & Saudi Arabia orders: standard “change of mind” returns are not available. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with our partners to resolve with a replacement or refund (case by case).

  • Final-sale and hygiene-sensitive categories are always non-returnable.

9) Order changes & cancellations

We can modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase if fulfillment hasn’t started. After processing/shipping begins, please follow the returns process.

10) Promotions, bundles & gift cards

Promo codes apply to qualifying items only and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you return part of a bundle or multi-buy offer, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the kept items’ effective price. Gift cards are non-refundable.

11) User content & social tags (UGC)

If you tag @substyel or use our branded hashtags, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content in our marketing (site, ads, emails, social), with creator credit where feasible. You represent you own the content and it doesn’t infringe others’ rights.

12) Intellectual property

All Site content, trademarks, and logos are owned by SUBSTYEL or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site without written permission.

13) Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; to transmit malware or spam; to scrape or attempt to gain unauthorized access; or to interfere with the Site’s security or operation.

14) Third-party services & links

We use third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, payment gateways, carriers). Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We’re not responsible for third-party content or services.

15) Warranty disclaimer

Except as required by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUBSTYEL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

17) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SUBSTYEL harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

18) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Muscat, Oman shall have jurisdiction, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
